Mold & Air Quality Testing
Trust the Experts at LunsPro!

You may have a mold problem in your home and not even know about it. Mold is highly prevalent in many homes, particularly those in humid climates such as the Southeast.  Exposure to mold can cause a number of health issues for many people.  Our mold inspection service utilizes air quality and surface sampling where the results are analyzed by a separate laboratory.  The certified home inspectors here at LunsPro are trained in mold testing techniques to ensure that the air in your home is clean and clear.

Having a mold inspection done is an essential first step toward improved air quality in your home. Although mold is most common in spaces that
frequently get moist, such as in the bathroom and kitchen, it can grow and spread just about anywhere in your house. Having air quality testing done by the team at LunsPro can help eradicate mold indoors and out, and keep your family breathing easier and sleeping better at night.

If you feel that you may have a problem with mold in your home, or if you see any of the telltale signs of mold growth, you can rely on the qualified team at LunsPro to help. We are experienced with all different types of water damage and mold, and can help you get your life back to how it was before mold threatened the indoor air quality of your home and the health and safety of you and your family.

Mold & Air Quality
Mold & Air Quality test results are not designed to be pass/fail, but rather just one piece of a larger puzzle in determining if there is a potential mold problem.
High Humidity
High humidity and water intrusion should be considered along with sampling results.
If inside spores/m3 levels are higher than outside levels of spores/m3 then there could be cause for concern.
Results cannot be determined by numbers alone, you must look at certain mold types.
