The course will cover key areas of broker responsibility, including advertising compliance, contract review, trust account management, supervision of licensees, utilization of support personnel, record keeping, and adherence to Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) regulations. By understanding 7 common violations and implementing sound policies and procedures, brokers can mitigate risks, ensure legal compliance, and maintain the integrity of their real estate business.
