You will typically receive your detailed inspection report within 24 hours after the inspection is completed.

We are available for inspections 7 days a week, 365 days a year. That includes all weekends and all holidays. We are here for you when you need us. We also do NOT charge extra for weekends or holidays.

Yes! While we started as a home inspection company, we have been doing commercial inspections for over a decade! Our inspectors are CCPIA, InterNACHI Commercial, and Carson Dunlop Weldon certified.
